Nest is an internal directory for Cirque du Soleil to discover and explore a pool of artists and talents. After all, new talent could show up anywhere in the world.
Responding to their needs, we developed a personalized platform for internal users. They could post talent profiles and report on various events. Others could then comment and discuss those posts. We gave admins a way to view metrics for various post and comment activities. Nest could use the metrics to generate reports on the talent pool.
